Suining City Chengnan Second Sewage Treatment Plant
    The second sewage treatment plant in the south of Suining City is affiliated with Suining Water Investment Co., Ltd. The project includes internal engineering and off-site sewage pipelines, with an estimated investment of 162 million yuan.   The factory project started construction in November 2009, was completed and put into trial operation in August 2012, and officially passed the environmental protection acceptance of the project completion by the Provincial Environmental Protection Department in December 2014. The treatment process is CASS biochemical treatment+D-type filter filtration, with a design scale of treating 60000 cubic meters of urban domestic sewage per day. The designed inlet water quality is COD less than 280mg/l, BOD less than 130mg/l, SS less than 140mg/l, and the designed outlet water quality follows the Class A standard of the "Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants". The completion and operation of the project can reduce COD emissions by 4780 tons and ammonia nitrogen emissions by 457 tons annually, which is of great significance for improving the water environment quality of Peijiang and the Three Gorges Reservoir area of the Yangtze River.   The water plant has been using Yiwei Phosphorus as a phosphorus removal agent since the end of October 2016, with a dosage of 30ppm liquid, and the total phosphorus in the effluent is stably controlled within 0.5. The effluent is stable and meets the standard.

The Development History of Chemical Products
    The development process of chemical products can be traced back to ancient times, when people mainly relied on the direct utilization of natural substances. With the improvement of productivity and changes in demand, people have begun to explore how to transform natural substances into new substances with multiple properties. This led to the emergence of various processing technologies, such as metallurgy, oil refining, papermaking, leather making, etc. These production sectors gradually separated from the chemical industry and became independent production sectors.   In the 20th century, with the vigorous development of large-scale petroleum refining industry and petrochemical industry, the discipline of chemical engineering was further improved. Chemical engineering is based on chemistry, physics, and mathematics, combined with other engineering techniques, to study the common laws of chemical production processes and solve many engineering and technical problems that arise during scaling up and large-scale production. This has further expanded the production scale of the chemical industry, improved production efficiency, and added a large amount of material wealth to humanity.   In China, in the late 1960s to early 1970s, the National Development and Reform Commission approved the construction of the Dongfanghong Refinery in Beijing. This was the first large-scale refinery designed and built by China itself, with an annual processing capacity of 2.5 million tons.
