Total nitrogen in sewage treatment plant exceeds standard, solution for carbon source in water treatment!

    Customer requirements: The daily discharge of a certain sewage treatment plant is 50000 cubic meters, and the main sources of pollution are urban sewage and industrial wastewater. Its process is FAB filter+denitrification filter. At present, the total nitrogen is relatively high, exceeding 20mg/L, while the emission standard is 15mg/L.   The solutions provided by the company: The company dispatched technical personnel to conduct on-site inspections and provided a solution for adding water treatment carbon sources. Because the main method of treating sewage in this sewage treatment plant is biochemical treatment, and the core of biochemical treatment is to ensure that bacteria achieve maximum activity, which requires a C: N: P ratio of 100:5:1. However, the ratio of sewage entering a general sewage treatment plant is 80:20:3, which cannot guarantee the rapid growth and reproduction of bacteria and maintain high activity. Therefore, it is necessary to add water treatment carbon sources to achieve this optimal ratio, ensuring the growth and activity of bacteria.   Final effect: After introducing the company's independently developed small molecule carbon source, the total nitrogen was reduced to below 10mg/L, and the denitrification rate was fast without affecting the effluent COD. Suining City Chengnan Second Sewage Treatment Plant

    The second sewage treatment plant in the south of Suining City is affiliated with Suining Water Investment Co., Ltd. The project includes internal engineering and off-site sewage pipelines, with an estimated investment of 162 million yuan.   The factory project started construction in November 2009, was completed and put into trial operation in August 2012, and officially passed the environmental protection acceptance of the project completion by the Provincial Environmental Protection Department in December 2014. The treatment process is CASS biochemical treatment+D-type filter filtration, with a design scale of treating 60000 cubic meters of urban domestic sewage per day. The designed inlet water quality is COD less than 280mg/l, BOD less than 130mg/l, SS less than 140mg/l, and the designed outlet water quality follows the Class A standard of the "Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants". The completion and operation of the project can reduce COD emissions by 4780 tons and ammonia nitrogen emissions by 457 tons annually, which is of great significance for improving the water environment quality of Peijiang and the Three Gorges Reservoir area of the Yangtze River.   The water plant has been using Yiwei Phosphorus as a phosphorus removal agent since the end of October 2016, with a dosage of 30ppm liquid, and the total phosphorus in the effluent is stably controlled within 0.5. The effluent is stable and meets the standard.
